The Reality Of A Fake Friend.

Hello. I need your help. I know it's normal with these types of forums but, I feel like I may be losing my mind.
I was 22 when it occurred. Me and a few friends. We considered ourselves family.
We went out drinking and one of the males decided it would be funny to make a snuddy comment about how my then girlfriend was a whore. Soon we became an argument.
We exchanged fighting words until I threw my fist across his skinny face, knocked him on the ground, and I ran off as his nose bled.
I didn't talk to any of them for about a year.  Until just recently.
I was at a party and I saw one of them. I said hi.
She seem cooler then before. She was more adorable but he speech was slurred. As in it wasn't human.
"So, how are you and your friends." I would say.
"Pretty good we're still fri--- We're no longer friends. We lost each other." She would say in a cold inhumane voice.
Other things would happen like her arms would twitch in a glitch manner and even everything went grey and red. But, only for a split second.
At the end of the night I went to touch her on the arm and as I touched her I couldn't anything and I saw the tip of my finger go through her arm.
As soon as I did she screamed and ran off. And now I have one question...  Was she real?
Am I real?

Am I in a dream? And if so... Does that mean you're in a dream too?

Nearby

I sat on the cold Autumn grass.  Starring up at silent space.  All alone. I was all alone... Just like space--- All alone.
I laid thinking about random topics when something from my childhood appeared--- seemingly randomly. I remembered an old story of a tribe that hid out in our woods. It was probably just a tale to keep children like I was from getting lost. Honestly, it was pretty dark for a "children's story." Which most stories were back like Cinderella.

My thoughts were interrupted by a bright flash of light.  It was a comet--- But, too close. It was heading towards the woods. Then the hard vibration hit me. No one else saw it but me. At least, I thought.

Curiosity took over and decided that I would look. Walking down but, the thought of seeing something before anyone else. Eventually I got lost in the forest. The only thing I could do was walk. Either that or die and be eaten alive by the elements.  The I saw what looked like a figure. I saw a blue light and the figure of a human. Someone must of saw it. Someone was already there.

I began to walk a little faster. Eventually I saw him it was dark but, I couldn't make out his face until the blue light revealed his face. It was disfigured and morbid. I stood in shock and looked down at the comet before I tried to run anyway. It was in the normal shape of a rock but, with the middle coated with blue glass. I could vaguely see something inside it. Then the man ran towards me and took out what looked like a tomahawk and hit me on the head.

Whenever I woke up I was fine. I stood up. I saw the man, and what appeared to be a tent. The man was dead. His skull was ripped a part and his guts laid across the ground. I vomited and decided to go over to the tent and the same was there. Blood everywhere. Gore littered the floor. I ran out and fell out near the blue-colored comet. I looked up and saw that whatever was inside had escaped.

I finally came to the realization that whatever was inside that egg was going to slaughter me like they did that tribe. But, the worst was that I was lost and all alone.

Where Has Jelly Bean?

In the late 1990s I was a camper at a nearby camp. The camp was based on old native American morals and different songs to brighten the camper's spirits.
One of these songs was "Jelly Bean." "Jelly Bean" was a song that was along the lines of:

"My dog Jelly likes to roam,
One day Jelly left his home.

 Jelly Bean, Jelly Bean.
Where oh where is Jelly Bean."

Little did we all know the consequences of this "funny little song."

There was this little girl. Her name was Jamie and she was a playful soul. I heard from one of the JCs (junior counselors) that a year before she came to
the camp that she had a dog named Jelly. The counselor brushed it off as nothing but just a kid being idiotic. That was just before council circle.

Council circle was when all the tribes (remember, it's based off of Native American culture) gathered around to show all the staff what they had created.
One of the JCs decided that it would be a lovely idea to have all the kids stand up and sing "Jelly Bean."

There went over 100 kids singing it calling that poor dogs name. I was standing in the front but, I was 7 at the time so, 9:30 was really late for me.
I kept singing 'till complete silence. There was a dog walking down to Jamie. Jamie started to cry.

"Jelly...?" Jamie said in a sad tone. The dog was decomposing. It wasn't a pet any more it was a wild animal and the counselors tried to warn but, as soon as
she tried to hug him the dog snap.

It started to maul her, Blood spilled everywhere and shreds of her face flew around as if they were confetti. All the campers ran as Jamie was being ripped to shreds.
Five fingers of a JC were ripped off in the process. Someone lit a stick on fire and burned the dog.

Jamie's wind pipe was lost and she began to choke on her own blood. She died right on the dirt covered floor.

Her last words were in a hurt voice of a child who had been pushed or lost a friend. "Jelly... Why did he hurt me...?"

New Phone, Who's This? II

I sat. Alone and unclean. I felt sick... nauseous.

The room was blank. Except for a phone. I looked down at it and the time wasn't
on. It was dead. I was stuck in a foreign place and the battery was dead.

I looked up--- It said "10 minutes to freedom." My brain broke at those words painful memories arose.
I had a wife--- Jamie--- A daughter--- Alex. I needed to see them. I was in pain.

I felt cuts started to form as I backed away from the phone. I walked towards it and I started to feel better.
I flipped open the phone and I felt a sense of euphoria. I realized what 10 minutes mean. If I stay on the line
for 10 minutes with a number. I dialed a random number and I heard it ringing.

A young man's voice spoke through.

"Hello."

I began to speak trying to think anything important.

"Hello... Hello! My name is... Well, I don't know. I need your help can you stay on the line for 10 minutes."

He said something that made my voice scream because I did not know how to respond.

"Look, man... I have a game to play so can you someone else?"

I began pleading for my life.

"Look! Please you don't even have to speak. Just stay on!" I was screaming.

Those last heart shattering words.

"You know what, I give up, goodbye." I begged and screamed and whaled. And that selfish twat had a "game to play."

He hung up... Now, I've been for what seems like forever. And I don't see an end in sight.

New Phone, Who's This? I

Hello. This story doesn't have an ending, there are no answers. This is just
a weird story for you. I am fine. I am safe an this story is just something
odd that I remember. So, be prepared for disappointed.

I was 14 and it was early and since it was Summer so I didn't have to go to
bed or get up early. I sat-- Playing an MMO. My phone laid there--- In the
dark. All of a sudden my phone became the only light in the room besides my
computer screen. Someone was calling. The caller id was unknown and I honest
to God could not tell you the number.

As I picked up the phone I thought to myself "What type of douche calls at
3 AM?"

I answered the phone and spoke a simple "Hello."

The unknown man began to speak in a barely audible voice.

"Hello... Hello! My name is... Well, I don't know. I need your help can you
stay on the line for 10 minutes."

"Look, man... I have a game to play so can you bother someone else." I said
in a tired fashion.

"Look! Please you don't even have to speak.Just stay on!" The man started
to scream.

"You know what I give up, goodbye." I said just before I took the phone away
from my ear. But, I could still hear him.

"No! Please! God... I have a wife and kids! They might have them with them...
Please! Please...."

And then I hung up. That was the last I ever heard from the man. No calls
were placed after. That was the end and my life has been normal. This was
just a strange event.

Pretty Pity Party (Part 3) [Final]

Marcus fell to his knees as he heard the sound Jessica's body hit the cold, rock covered ground.

"O-Oh god... Jessica... Jessica?!" Marcus screamed as tears formed in his eyes.

Jessica laid--- missing one arm. Falling to her death was better then being ripped to shreds by Ebony. However as Jessica jumped Ebony took hold of her arm but, with
Jessica's determination to die and Ebony's vision of revenge. There was no compromise.

Jessica's arm tore as she jumped... Reflecting to that day. That day in the cafeteria. She could've prevented all of this. No... No. It was Ebony's fault.
She could've just kept dating Sean and left Marcus alone. That's what Jessica thought as she hit the ground.

The beeping of a dead call rang as Marcus realized what happened. The thought of Ebony killing some was sickening. The thought that Jessica was responsible for someone's demise was nagging at him like a parasite that he couldn't cut out and knowing he couldn't cut- it- out. Marcus vomited on his white, carpet floor.

As Marcus looked up he saw Ebony. Standing there... with Jessica's arm in hand. There was no strawberry gashes anywhere But, Ebony grew but her jacket did not
as she held Jessica clean arm--- You could see Ebony's arm... Ripped... crimson wounds--- It was rotting, still bleeding however, the wounds were infected
causing Marcus to gag.

"Are you happy now... Marcus?" Ebony's voice sound as if she were an innocent little girl. So, pure.

Marcus became mute. He had nothing to say... He had no idea in his right mind what to say.

"I'm sorry Ebony! If I could would bring both you back. I would beg god, I would sell my soul to Satan! I would take my own life. If only it would make
everything better." Marcus lowered his head in defeat.

Ebony's voice began violent. "Jessica is burning in hell as we speak. And six people lie dead because of you. One more life wouldn't matter!"

Ebony grasped at Marcus' throat. She dropped Jessica's hand and struck his throat. Ebony started to strangle.

Marcus started to turn lavender. Ebony began to smile--- To Marcus she grew taller.

Ebony and Marcus' eyes met. Ebony was no longer the pure girl she once was... She was nothing more the a poltergeist in a shell. Ebony started to claw at
Marcus face.

Then his windpipe collapsed. His face was nothing but claw marks... except for one eye. It stared as he suffocated. Ebony let go of him and left him in his
own blood. Ebony walked away, laughing.

11:59 PM. 23 hours after Marcus' death.

"Tonight's main story: 2 more lie dead, 1 found dead at Daniel Ester High. Most likely suicide. The other was found dead in room. Most likely: Murder."

Pretty Pity Party (Part 2)

Marcus awoke. There lied Jessica--- Smiling. He must have fallen asleep-- Maybe it was all a dream.

But, to his dismay Jessica still didn't have any cuts. Maybe he had just thought up the crimson slash-marks and maybe Ebony was still around.
Marcus reached for the remote and as he looked he saw the time. 5:16 AM. Just in time to get him and Jessica up and head to school. He realized he didn't
have to get Jessica up until 5:30 so he decided to watch the news. The TV brightened in the figure of a woman.

"We are mourning the loss of one Daniel Ester High's students. We do not have too many details other then that on Monday June 6, 2016 Ebony Rigtez
hung herself and that she wrote in lipstick 'FOREVER.'"

Marcus jumped from Jessica's bed and put on his clothes. He shook Jessica until she woke up.

"What the Hell did you do to Ebony!" Marcus said in a violent tone.

"What do you mean?" Jessica said in a quiet tired voice.

"Ebony is dead! She hung herself yesterday!"

The TV continued to play.

"In addition Sean Parker, Edward Ritter, Marlayna Townley, Bill Rotoward have all been reported missing."

Jessica started to laugh like she knew something sinister.

"Isn't this what you want Mark? Can't you seen? Ebony was using you. Only I can have you!" Her smile stood ear to ear.

Marcus ran out the door as Jessica laid there--- Smiling.

Marcus arrived at his house he ran up to his room. He didn't what to do. He was tricked--- Ebony was tricked into some twisted sense of love.
He didn't know how to wrap his head around what was going on... Until he heard a noise.

"She sick, huh?" A quiet voice spoke softly.

Marcus turned around to see a figure in a white hoodie--- her hair was covering her face. Marcus jumped back in shock as the ghost began to speak again.

"Yes... It's Ebony..." Her voice rang out through her hair.

"I'm sorry... She used us." Marcus said nervously.

"We can get revenge... You want... Too?" It seemed like she didn't have too much energy.

"No... She doesn't deserve... Well... It's just wrong!" Marcus tried to reason with himself.

"SHE KILLED ME MARCUS! AND MAYBE I CAN ALSO PUT THE BLAME ON YOU! I'VE TAKEN CARE OF SEAN AND HIS PITY PALS!" Ebony's voice had a demonic undertone.

"Sur... Sure." Marcus sounded defeated--- Like he had no other choice.

"Text Jessica to meet you at the school's roof top at 11 PM... Then call her at 11:05 PM and tell her your running late.. I'll do the rest." Marcus could
sense a tiny giggle under her statement.

"Jessica. Meet me at 11 PM." Marcus also decided it would be more inviting if she add a winking face.

Soon after it was 11 PM. Jessica called.

"Hey---y babe! Where are ya?!" Jessica said in a curious fashion.

"Yeah I'm running a bit late." The truth was Marcus was sitting in his room--- Waiting.

"Okay... Will you stay on the phone with me?" Jessica's voice went from disappointed to new found happiness.

3 minutes went by and nothing was said until Jessica spoke one of her final words.

"Mark... Your not wearing white are you?"

"No...? Why?" Marcus said as he knew what was gonna happen.

"Hello... Jessica." Ebony's voice seemed to echo through the screen.

All of a sudden, Static! Marcus couldn't hear anything besides static but then a few words rang out.

"I'm sorry... Ebony" Static filled more.

"You Liar!" Ebony's voice had a darker more demonic tone.

Static layered itself more and more.

Then Marcus heard the sound of someone climbing metal.

"Jessica! I swear I will drag you up here you jump!" Ebony's demonic voice was deafening.

Marcus heard a scream--- Jessica's scream.

Loud static erupted. Then Marcus heard the sound of a body hitting the ground.

BLAM!

The call ended.

Pretty Pity Party (Part 1)

Jessica had fallen into a deep depression... Well it was more of Jealousy. See,
Marcus (Her past lover) had been talking to a new woman. She thought she was the
only girl in Marcus' life, She knew she had to be the only one. Jessica watched in the
cafeteria at the two sitting. Laughing, happily. She wanted Marcus to be happy...
But not with anyone else. She didn't know what it was about the girl-- Ebony.
They looked so happy. It sickened her--- made her want to vomit the food she just devoured in anger.
The 1st period bell rang as she walked as if her life depended on it. In retrospect
it did. Her hair was caught in her face but that was the least of her worries. She
approached Marcus.

"Hello, Marcus."

Jessica's voice spoke that simple phrase in such a controlling, demonic voice. Jessica began
to walk as her nails began to dig into Marcus' arm. Marcus had only one choice-- Walk away
from Ebony. Then, Jessica just had to speak her mind. Her brain was nagging at her like
it was breathing... She just had to say it.

"So... Are you and Ebony dating?" Jessica didn't even realize what had came out of her mouth.

"No, we're just friends. She's dating Sean, remember?" Marcus spoke awkwardly as if he didn't like
where the conversation was going.

"Really? Then let me see your phone." Jessica's voice rose in anger.

"No! What's gotten into you." Marcus' face made a disgusted expression.

"B-But, Why ever since you and Ebony began tal--" She started to sob.

"If this is how your gonna act then consider me dead." Marcus walked off.

Marcus approached his locker and he saw Jessica run off. Soon one of her friends came up to him.

"Who do you think you are?!" A girl with blonde hair pushed Marcus against his locker.

"W...What do you mean?" Marcus didn't know what to think as he tried to put two and two together.

"Jessica. You said some shit and now she's crying. Maybe it was because of that bitch Ebony."

The girl walked off as Marcus tried to comprehend what was going on. He sent Ebony a message.

"I'm sorry about what happened. I think we may have to stop talking. It's not our fault... It's just teenage angst. Maybe we'll
see each other again. This is just the calm before the store. I'm honestly sorry."

Ebony heard a vibration coming from her right leg pocket. Luckily no one heard it. She rose her hand and excused herself. Ebony enter the bathroom and
There they were. Jessica and three other girls were standing right against the wall.

"Oh hello, Ebony." Jessica said in a sinister tone.

"Umm, Hello?"

"Look, we're gonna make this clear. Stay away from Marcus." Jessica winded up her fist and threw the first punch.

Ebony couldn't fight back as punches rang from every corner. Just as soon as it started it was over. One of them pulled out a knife and carved the letter "X" into her face.
Threw her into one of the stalls and locked it. Ebony reached for her phone. One new message--- it was from Mark. She expected it to be a funny cat picture
but, no. It was a painful misinterpretation. She was assaulted for no reason... She had no one left. Except for her boyfriend who didn't seem to care anymore.

2 days past. It was 9:07 PM and Jessica was in her room crying as she scrolled through Marcus' profile she had one new message.

"I hope your happy." The file attached was a jpeg of Ebony's wrists. They were more then just cut... They were ripped to shreds.  Jessica grinned... an idea to keep Marcus away from anyone.

Jessica copied the image and sent it to everyone. Of course there were many replies the "You suicidal loser" and "Why?! Your so beautiful." But, Mark didn't
say anything.

The next day Marcus approached Jessica and said. "Jessica... I know this is sudden but I like you... Would you maybe want to be my girlfriend?"
Marcus said in a voice with the undertone of being forced. "Yes! Why wouldn't I silly?!" Jessica screamed. She put her arms around him and cried
tears of joy. Marcus however had a look of defeated.

The day went on as Marcus thought about Ebony but, he knew that this is what he had to do. Ebony was fine, He thought she was and Jessica was happy.
Too happy for her own good.

The next day came and they left off early. No one knew what had happened except for Jessica--- She knew. Ebony--- The one who had stole Mark from her and hung herself just as Jessica planned--- Marcus asked her if he could stay the night at her house.
She never expected their relationship to go this fast. "Sure." She said trying to act like she didn't care.

The day progressed and Marcus seemed to actually kinda of enjoyed his time.

Jessica curled up into Marcus' arms. But, Marcus noticed something--- Jessica's wrists had no cuts on them. Marcus was caught in anger and disbelief.

As he looked up he saw Ebony standing with a slash crossed through her face.

One Body Means One Host, Right?

Penny never suspected her life would come to this. She always thought people like Edward or Scott did harm to themselves. Nope, everyone and every walk of life has seen a razor to their wrist. Some people didn't have to. They had hope in television or online friends--- Like Edward and Scott. Penny saw that one time Edward and Scott had had their selves pulled up and the only thing on their wrists was a bracelet. "Hope" read Scott and Edward's wrists. Penny never understood how someone so dark and blue could be so strong.

Penny pondered that as the icy razor sliced her flesh. Penny also wondered why what she thought were her friends treated her so badly. Treated her in a way that would cause her to bleed. Penny pondered that as blood trickled down from her wrist.

Penny ran out of room on her wrist so she began to carve the words "HATE ME" into her leg. She kinda enjoyed watching it bleed. And, in that moment she realized that maybe people cared about her. Maybe mom or dad or Scott. But, Penny just brushed that aside.

Penny moved down more to her leg and began cutting deeper and deeper.

Slit, Slit, Slit.

Cut, Cut, Cut.

Cut, Slit,--- CRUNCH!

Penny knew that she couldn't have cut down to the bone. She hadn't cut that deep. She soon saw what look like teeth begin to form in her leg.

Then, two white semicircles began to erupt from her leg. Soon the iris and what seem to look like eyes began to roll up.

"Please... Stop... Feed." The creature muttered.

"WHY ARE YOU FEEDING ON ME!" Penny exclaimed.

"We... Live... Together... We Are... The Same." The creature said with more understanding.

And in that moment Penny realized someone or something needed her. She now knew she was a beacon of life.

"I will stay alive for you... Little parasite." She smiled.

"Thank... you." and the parasite  vanished.

Penny got up. And Penny smiled at the thought about how something even if she couldn't she it "cared" for her.

Fake Friends = Fake Dreams

My earbuds were blaring out lyrics to help me understand what was going on. Fall Out Boy. Fall Out Boy always cheered me up. I didn't do anything since my friends left me. She was the only person who cared.

I think I fell in love again.

I never hung out with them but, they felt like family.

I've read about the afterlife, but I've never really lived.

She used me. Em had used me. I swore she actually liked me. I guess she uses all of us.

So douse yourself in cheap perfume. So fitting, So fitting.

My thoughts began to fade along with the music. Soon my eyes were closed.

I woke up it was bright. The good kind of bright. Sunny, birds were chirping. I felt amazing. Then I heard a sound I hadn't heard in a long time.

Buzz--- Buzz.

I picked up my phone.

"Hey get up sleepy bones, today is the picnic" From Em.

The last thing I remembered  me and Em hated each other. But, who cares I was friends with her again!

"Who else is coming" I typed.

"Ummm... Jacob, Gavin, Kelsey and, yours truly." Em texted.

I sat up.

"Also, if we're lucky we can find someplace we can be alone." followed by a picture of her winking.

Me and Em had an unofficial thing. I later figured out she used me because Jacob didn't want a baby.

I put on some clothes and brushed my teeth.

"Hey, we're outside, come on!"

I got that text as soon as my shoes were laced up.

"Bye mom, Love you!"

I ran out the door. I heard the quiet voice of my mother. "Have fun."

There they were. Gavin, Skinny as ever (I think we were switched at birth). Jacob, my first friend in Junior High. Best friends since. Well, until recently. Emily. Perfectly curved. I seriously thought she was Indian for like 6 years. Kelsey. She was my favorite. She wasn't pretty, smart, I just liked her. A lot.

"Hey." They all said at once. "Wow. That was creepy." I said. "Well, don't just stand there, dope." Gavin smirked. I ran to them.

"I missed you guys." I almost cried. "So did I." They said not together but, one after the other. At the time I didn't think anything of it.

Soon, we arrived. We sat by a tree. The were golden as fall had just arrived. We laid down a lavender blanket and Kelsey brought the food. It was all my favorite stuff. But oddly there were some things that they hated hated but they acted like they acted like they loved it.

I noticed something odd. A part of the sky was red. Like a glitch in a video game.

"Hey what's wro---" Em's voice became broken. The grass become grey. Everything was grey except for the blood red sky and Em's eyes. They were black. But, only from a second.

That's when I noticed IT.

Em had always had this thing. A dot on head. That's why she was Indian.

"You guys are real... Right?" I said nervously.

"What do you mean?" Em said.

"No, we're spooky ghosts. Jacob said sarcastically.

"Ummm... I think, Silly." Kelsey did that adorable smile she always did.

"EMILY! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE DOT ON YOUR HEAD?!"

"What do you mean---?" Her voice became broken again.

"You--- Have--- To Stay--- Forever." Em's eyes went black and what seemed like tar began to spill out--- Like tears.

When I turned to look at them they looked the same. Black eyes spilling tar.

But, oddly enough I notice Kelsey wasn't there. She had disappeared.

Soon, the grass turned grey along with everything except for the sky--- It was blood red. The birds chirping turned to what sound like screams--- distortion--- static.

I snapped back to "reality." I ran as fast as I could. I turned to look back, only to trip. They stood staring. with those cold, black eyes.   Their faces crumbled, like a piece of paper.

I got up and kept running Until I spotted it. My house. I saw them. I realized if I stayed in my house I'd be stuck forever. So, I ran to the cliff.

There it was. A color other then grey or red. Blue. There was a sea over the cliff. Somehow it just formed.

I jumped and grabbed a hold of a branch. Jacob jumped after me I let go--- It hit him--- His face seemed to crack.

As, I fell I closed my eyes.

When I opened them I was standing. In white fog. The screams to rising sounds. I saw grey figures in the fog. I swear there was a figure with two glowing red eyes.

I soon heard crying. Then a female figure with her hands on her face.

I ran to her the figure became closer--- clearer.

"Kelsey." I said nervously.

"I want to go home. I want to be with you." She said trying to clear her voice.

"Kelsey... This is just a dream."

I paused.

"I want to leave." I said to trigger a response.

"You cant..." Kelsey mumbled.

She pulled her face away from her hands to reveal black, tar spilling eyes.

Her skin became grey.

Her teeth became pointed.

I ran until I fell into the sea closing my eyes trying to see what Hell had in store for me next.

I began to swim upwards.

Soon the hands gripped my leg.

I looked down to see all except for Jacob gripping my leg.

It was stay with them or drown.

I barely kicked them off. They kept gripping.

My leg began to bleed.

The grip just got tighter.

I just kept swimming up.

I heard under water screams telling to go down.

The sky became so clear.

I reached the surface...

I jumped out of my bed.

I needed change.

I pulled out my phone. typed the number of Kelsey.

"Hey would you like to go out sometime?"

"Sure. :)"

And, that was when I untied the weight drowning me.
